Pecan and Almond Crusted Alaskan Halibut

This is a Good One! I want to Try it with Salmon and Macadamia Nuts.


Pecan and Almond Crusted Alaskan Halibut

2 Pounds Halibut Cut into 2 Oz Filet
2 Cups Rice Flour
2 Cups Saltines or Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Pecans Chopped Fine
1 Cup Almonds Chopped Fine
7 Eggs Beaten
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Oil for Frying

Mix Salt and Pepper With Rice Flour. Mix Breadcrumbs or saltines with Nuts. Dredge Halibut in Flour. Then Dredge in egg. Then in Crumbnut Mix. Fry till Golden Brown and Delicious. Salt and pepper and Serve.

There and back Again The Klutina Rivers Edition

Here We are off again. So Wednesday Night we started talking about scouting out the drive to the Klutina River. Jess and I Had the both same days off. So Thursday Morning We set out Down The Richardson Highway. 4 Hours later we are at The Klutina River. We had a Mass of Wildlife. 30 or 40 Bison, 26 Rabbits. 8 Porcupine. 3 Caribou and 2 Moose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
